This series brought together one of the largest and most diverse lineups of New Jersey organizations and voices from across the ideological spectrum to develop an action plan for racial justice and reparations. Fourth Quarter Grants Awarded

The Fund for New Jersey is proud to announce that for the fourth quarter of 2022, it has awarded grants in the total amount of $442,000 to advance public policies in the areas environmental justice, economic equity, health equity, and public media. Read the full press release here.

Remembering Governor James Florio

The Trustees and staff of The Fund for New Jersey honor the legacy and mourn the loss of our longtime Trustee Governor James Florio, who died September 25, 2022. We extend our deepest condolences to Governor Florio’s wife Lucinda, his family, and his friends. Gov. Florio will be profoundly missed by all of us at The Fund for New Jersey. Third Quarter Grants Awarded

The Fund for New Jersey is proud to announce that for the third quarter of 2022, it has awarded grants in the total amount of $515,000 to advance public policies in the areas of lead poisoning prevention, public education, and anti-poverty. Read the full press release here.

The Fund for NJ Reaffirms Commitment to Racial Justice, Dedicates Additional Funding to Advance Racial Justice in NJ

In the wake of George Floyd's death and the protests that followed, the Trustees of The Fund for New Jersey have issued a statement that reaffirms The Fund's commitment to achieving racial justice in New Jersey through investment in policy reforms in housing, education, criminal justice, economic justice, and public health.
